ျမန္မာတိုင္းရင္းသားမ်ိဳးႏြယ္စုမ်ားအသင္း (အေမရိကန္ျပည္ေထာင္စု) United Nationals Organization of Burma (UNOB) ဖြဲ႕စည္းျခင္းေက်ညာခ်က္ Founding Statement August 08th , 2009 ျမန္မာျပည္ဘြားတိုင္းရင္းသား ညီအကို ေမာင္ႏွမမ်ားခင္ဗ်ား – အားလံုးက်န္းမာခ်မ္းသာၾကပါေစေၾကာင္း ႏုတ္ခြန္းဆက္သလိုက္ပါသည္။ အေမရိကန္ေရာက္ ျမန္မာတိုင္းရင္းသားမ်ိဳးႏြယ္စုမ်ားျဖစ္ၾကေသာကၽြႏု္ပ္တို႕သည္ ေၾကာင္းက်ိဳးညီၫြတ္စြာျဖင့္ ဖေလာ္ရီဒါျပည္နယ္၊ ဖို႕ေလာ္ ဒါေဒးၿမိဳ႕တြင္ `ျမန္မာတိုင္းရင္းသားမ်ိဳးႏြယ္စုမ်ားအသင္း (အေမရိကန္ျပည္ေထာင္စု)´ ကို ၂၀၀၉ ခုႏွစ္၊ ေမ (၂၇) ၇က္တြင္ ေအာင္ျမင္စြာဖြဲ႕ စည္းတည္ေထာင္ႏိုင္ခဲ့ၾကပါသည္။ တက္ေရာက္သူ(၃၈)ဦးပါ၀င္ေသာ စတင္ဖြဲ႕စည္းၾကသည့္အစည္းအေ၀းႀကီးမွ ဖြဲ႕စည္းပံုအေျခခံဥပေဒ(ယာယီ)၊ အလုပ္အမႈေဆာင္အဖြဲ႕ႏွင့္ အလုပ္အမႈေဆာင္အဖြဲ႕၏တာ၀န္ႏွင့္လုပ္ပိုင္ခြင့္မ်ားကို ေရးဆြဲ တင္ေျမာက္ ခ်မွတ္ေပးခဲ့ပါသည္။ စတင္ဖြဲ႕စည္းၿပီးခ်ိန္မွစ၍ အားလံုး၏ဆႏၵႏွင့္ရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္မ်ားျဖစ္ေသာ (၁)အဖြဲ႕၀င္တိုင္းရင္းသားမ်ားအားလံုး၏ ရိုးရာယဥ္ေက်းမႈမ်ားကိုထိန္း သိမ္းရန္ (၂)အဖြဲ႕၀င္တိုင္းရင္းသားမ်ားအၾကား ခ်စ္ၾကည္ရင္းႏွီးမႈမ်ားပိုမိုတိုးတက္ေစရန္ (၃)အဖြဲ႕၀င္မ်ားအားလံုး၏ လူမႈေရးကိစၥမ်ားႏွင့္အ က်ိဳးစီးပြါးကို ဥပေဒေဘာင္အတြင္းမွကူညီကာကြယ္ေစာင့္ေရွာက္ရန္ တို႕ကိုလုပ္ေဆာင္ႏိုင္ေရးအတြက္ ႀကိဳးပမ္းေဆာင္ရြက္လ်က္ရွိပါသည္။ အဖြဲ႕ႀကီး၏အမည္ႏွင့္ရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္၊ ဖြဲ႕စည္းပံုႏွင့္စည္းမ်ဥ္းစည္းကမ္းမ်ားကို ဖေလာ္ရီဒါျပည္နယ္အစိုးရထံတြင္ တရား၀င္မွတ္ပံုတင္ၿပီးလည္း ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ယေန႕အခ်ိန္ကာလမ်ားတြင္ ျမန္မာျပည္မွလာေရာက္အေျခခ်ေနထိုင္သူ ထူးထူးျခားျခားမ်ားျပားလာေနပါသည္။ အျခားေသာတိုင္းျပည္မ်ားမွလာေရာက္အေျခခ်ေနထိုင္သူမ်ားနည္းတူ ကၽြႏု္ပ္တို႕သည္လည္း ေပ်ာ္ရႊင္ခ်မ္းေျမ႕စြာေနထိုင္ရွင္သန္လိုၾကပါ သည္။ တဦးခ်င္း၏အခြင့္အေရးႏွင့္ ဥပေဒအရကာကြယ္ေစာင့္ေရွာက္မႈ၊ လူနည္းစုတခုအျဖစ္သတ္မွတ္ခံရေရးႏွင့္ ဥပေဒအရ ရသင့္သည့္အ ခြင့္အေရးမ်ား ျပည့္ျပည့္၀၀ ရယူခ်င္ၾကပါသည္။ မိမိတို႕၏ျပည္သူျပည္သား၊ တိုင္းရင္းသူတိုင္းရင္းသားႏွင့္အမ်ိဳးအႏြယ္စုမ်ား၏အေရးကို ပရဟိတအမ်ားအက်ိဳးေဆာင္လိုသူမ်ားက ေဆြးေႏြး တိုင္ပင္ျခင္းျဖင့္၎၊ အစု အဖြဲ႕ အသင္းမ်ားတည္ေထာင္ျခင္းျဖင့္၎ လုပ္ေဆာင္ခဲ့ လုပ္ေဆာင္ဆဲရွိသည္ကို ကၽြႏ္ုပ္တို႕ေလးစားစြာသိၾကပါ သည္။ ထိုထိုအသင္းအဖြဲ႕မ်ား၏အက်ိဳးေဆာင္မႈမ်ားရွိေနျငားေသာ္လည္း အထက္တြင္ေဖာ္ျပခဲ့ၿပီးျဖစ္ေသာရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္မ်ားရရွိေရးမွာ Read More...
